Privacy Policy

1. Site Vistors

Like most websites, Novaa collects non personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available. Novaa’s purpose in collecting this information is to better understand how visitors use its website, contact information, and other potentially personally-identifying information like Internet Protocol (IP) addresses for logged in users, and for users leaving comments on Novaa blogs.  

2. Gathering of Personally Identifying Information

Those who engage in transactions with Novaa may be asked to provide additional information to process communication with Novaa. In each case, Novaa collects such information only insofar as is necessary, or appropriate to fulfill the purpose of the visitor’s interaction with Novaa. Visitors can always refuse to supply personally-identifying information, with the caveat that it may prevent them from engaging in certain activities.  

3. Third Party Statistics

Third party services such as Wix, or Google may compile and use statistical information concerning the usage of the Site. Novaa also uses this information to prepare collective profiles of visitors’ activities for management and internal use. Examples of this information would include, but not be limited to, the number of visitors to the Site, or to sections or pages within the Site, patterns of traffic flowing through the Site, length of time spent on the Site, the pages of the Site that visitors frequently use as entry and exit points, your IP address, your operating system version, your browser version, the pages you visit within the Site, the length of time you spend on pages within the Site, number of visits, the site from which you linked to ours, search terms you used in search  engines which resulted in you linking to the Site, etc. Novaa may display this information publicly or provide it to others. However, Novaa does not disclose personally-identifying information other than as described below.  
 

4. Disclosure of Your Information

Novaa discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information to those of its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations that need to know that information in order to process it on Novaa's behalf, or to provide services available at Novaa’s Site. By using Novaa's Site, you consent to the transfer of such information to them. Novaa discloses potentially personally-identifying and personally-identifying information in response to a subpoena, court order or other governmental request, or when Novaa believes in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect the property or rights of Novaa third parties or the public at large. If you have supplied your email address, Novaa may occasionally send you an email to tell you about new features, solicit your feedback, or just keep you up to date with what’s going on with Novaa and our products. We primarily use our blogs to communicate this type of information, so we expect to keep this type of email to a minimum. If you send us a request (for example via a support email or via one of our feedback mechanisms), we reserve the right to respond to your request, or to help us support other users.  We may collect and disclose anonymous and aggregated information about our users, and other information that does not identify any individual, without restriction for the purposes of product research, to improve our Service, and for other commercial purposes. We may also disclose personal information that we collect or you provide as described in this privacy policy:  a. To our subsidiaries and affiliates; b. To fulfill the purpose for which you provide it; c. For any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide the information; d. With your consent; e. To enforce or apply our Terms Of Use and other agreements, including for billing and collection purposes; and f. If we believe disclosure is necessary or appropriate to protect the rights, property, or safety of company, our customers or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction.

The safety and security of your information also depends on you. We urge you to be careful about giving out information in public areas of the Site like blog comments. The information you share in public areas may be viewed by any user of the Site. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. We cannot guarantee the security of your personal information transmitted to our Site. Any transmission of personal information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for the circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Site.  You acknowledge that the transmission of information over the internet is inherently insecure, and we cannot guarantee the security of data sent over the internet.

If Novaa, or substantially all of its assets, are acquired, enters a partnership, or in the event that Novaa goes out of business or enters bankruptcy, user information would be one of the assets that is transferred or acquired by a third party. You acknowledge that such transfers may occur, and that any acquirer of Novaa may continue to use your personal information as set forth in this policy.  
 

8. Children Under 13

Our Site is not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under age 13 may provide any information to or on the Site. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are under 13, do not use or provide any information on this Site or on or through any of its features/register on the Site, make any purchases through the Site, use any of the interactive or public comment features of this Site or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, e-mail address or any screen name or user name you may use. Our website includes hyperlinks to, and details of, third party websites. We have no control over, and are not responsible for, the privacy policies and practices of third parties. Please let us know if the personal information that we hold about you needs to be corrected or updated. It is important that the personal information we hold about you is accurate and current. We are not responsible for any losses arising from any inaccurate, inauthentic, deficient or incomplete personal data that you provide to us.
